    At the Waverly Weight Loss clinic, we offer one-on-one physician support as well as a tri-fold program that includes diet, exercise, and medication (if needed) to get you fit. You will learn how to use the foods you love to achieve your health and weight loss goals.

    Another year has come and gone, and, the promise you made to yourself at the start of 2009 to lose x amount of pounds didn’t happen While I’m sure you’re disappointed at this, you probably still have hope that you can lose this weight in the coming year

    In a perfect world, you’d be able to munch out to your heart’s content on such goodies as: chocolate chip cookies, any kind of snack chips, several scoops of your favorite ice cream, pizza with your favorite toppings, burgers and fries, fried chicken, creamy potato dishes, decadent chocolate treats of all kinds, etc

    Losing weight depends also on our choice of foods that we need to eat everyday Don’t worry too much about the number of calories you consume as about eating the proper foods

    Some people can't resist chocolate or ice cream, some people it's pizza or some other food or sweet While I enjoy all of those foods on occasion, Cheez-It's are the food equivalent of crack cocaine for me
