Clarification of refund policy:

    Due to the nature of our product (downloadable digital products) it is not possible for items that have been downloaded to be returned in exchange for a refund of the initial membership fee. To avoid abuses of our services by fraudulent claims in an attempt to acquire products without payment we are unable to extend a general warranty or guarantee of refund.

Clarification of digital product content:

   Affiliate Depot 2.0 caters to internet marketers and webmasters by offering digital products with various levels of distribution rights. We make every reasonable effort to review products and to publish accurate product descriptions.

Affiliate Depot 2.0 is an interactive website which encourages members to upload products for promotional purposes; it is the responsibility of each member to verify the accuracy of distribution rights prior to uploading of after downloading products.

Any product that is found by us or by a member to be in violation of a copyright or distribution license is promptly investigated by our product manager and removed from the website or otherwise remedied to comply with copyright and licensing terms.

Actions taken:

As requested on the product help page, if you encounter a product that does not appear to be accurately described please identify the product so that we may investigate the claim and take action to correct alleged errors.

 The Affiliate Depot 2.0 product manager will review the product description submitted by you and the product descriptions posted on the website and compare these with any licensing terms that may be contained in the product download.

 If the product is found to be in violation of copyright or licensing terms it will be removed from the website and the source will be notified by email of this action.

If possible we will attempt to acquire appropriate licenses or resell rights from the product owner and if available will provide them to the member and return the product to the member download area.

Pending the outcome of the findings by the Affiliate Depot 2.0 product manager a resolution will be negotiated with the member based on an evaluation and review of the published Affiliate Depot 2.0 terms of use, purchase agreement, product guidelines and product help which the member agreed to upon registration.

Pending the outcome of the product manager investigation you may be offered any of the following:

Determination of invalid complaint with non-action
Determination of invalid complaint with termination of membership per terms of use and purchase agreement
Determination of valid complaint without refund per terms of use and purchase agreement
Determination of valid complaint with partial refund, termination of membership if requested or downgrade to free membership
Determination of valid complaint with full refund, termination of membership if requested or downgrade to free membership

A decision to refund the membership fee is based upon any damages that the member claims and demonstrates and has been determined to be valid following an investigation. If it is determined that a refund is a reasonable and appropriate resolution, the member will be notified by email at the email address with which they initially registered, of the amount of the refund and any additional actions taken by Affiliate Depot 2.0, House of Gar Enterprise.

Prior to the issuing of a refund the member is requested to respond in agreement or disagreement to the email which describes the determination of the investigation and resolution offered. In the event that the member disagrees with the determination and resolution they may request reconsideration by providing additional information which directly demonstrates that the determination or resolution is unreasonable, inaccurate or inappropriate or that Affiliate Depot 2.0, House of Gar Enterprises is in violation of the published terms of use or purchase agreement.

In the unlikely event that the member and Affiliate Depot, House of Gar enterprises is unable to amicably negotiate a resolution the member is encouraged to initiate a PayPal dispute in compliance with the PayPal buyer dispute process and policies:

The determination made by PayPal, Inc. the Affiliate Depot 2.0, House of Gar Enterprises preferred payment processor, will be considered final and honored by both the buyer and the seller. Any and all information, correspondence and documents generated from the initial member complaint can be used in the PayPal dispute process.

Claims of "significantly not as described" are based on the information presented on the www.houseofgar.net sales page and the member’s initial complaint.
